Which is the closest airport to the villa?

The nearest airport is Alicante 80km away which is just over an hours drive. Valencia airport is 110km away and about 75 minutes drive.

Do you have air-conditioning?

Yes, both bedrooms have air-conditioning which are operated by a coin meter.

Changeover day is usually Saturday in high season, however we can be flexible so please enquire. Check-in after 3pm, Check-out before 10am please, so we have time to clean the villa before our next guests arrive.

Do I need to hire a car?

Car hire is advised, although not essential. If its your first time in the area, the scenery is well worth exploring and the beaches are only a few mins away. Car hire is easy from the Airport. Please contact us if you need assistance.

Are towels and bed linen included?

Prices include bed linen & towels (excluding beach towels) for a maximum of four persons. A change of linen for a second weeks stay is also provided.

Will I need to pay a deposit when I book?

Yes a £50.00 per week deposit is required to secure your holiday. This is then deducted off the balance which is due 8 weeks before your holiday. Please ask for a booking form.

Can I pay in Euros?

Yes of course, please let us know when you are booking that you would like to pay in Euros.
